Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and ownership, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile principles and practices. This role is critical in driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities :

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals.
Utilize safe principles to facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience as a safe product owner/product manager.
Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles in an agile environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly safe.
Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools such as jira, confluence, or similar project management software.
Familiarity with ux/ui principles and user centered design practices.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
Experience in working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
Safe product owner/product manager certification is a must.
15+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
