Requirements:
We need a Senior Developer hands-on who can build Connect AI agents for existing Amazon Connect /Lex implementation.
Minimum experience of building AI agents (within Amazon Connect) – 2 years.
Minimum experience with Amazon Connect/ Lex – 5 years

Amazone connect
LLM
Python, Lambda
Detailed Job Description:
Design, build, and support Contact Center solutions, with a strong focus on cloud-based customer experience platforms.
Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high performing contact center solutions.
