Job Description
Design enterprise-scale, AI-powered solutions that solve complex healthcare, finance, and FP&A problems. Partner with finance leadership to transform business requirements into scalable Agentic AI, data, reporting, and cloud solutions.
Experience
Strong experience in enterprise AI solution architecture, FP&A, finance transformation, modern data architecture, GCP, Agile delivery, and product ownership.

Domain Expertise: Healthcare, Finance, FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
AI Architecture: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, conversational AI, and conversational analytics

Data Architecture: Data lakehouse, batch, streaming, real-time processing, data modeling, and data governance

Key Responsibilities:
Solve complex healthcare, finance, and FP&A problems through scalable AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into enterprise technology and Agentic AI architectures.
Define business logic and user-centric reporting formats for AI agents.
Align AI solutions with daily FP&A workflows.
Lead Agile product planning, roadmap definition, acceptance criteria, and delivery.
Define and coordinate UAT strategy, execution, and business validation.
Drive reporting transformation, solution adoption, and governance.
Partner with finance leadership and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong FP&A and finance domain expertise within healthcare environments.
Proven ability to architect enterprise-scale AI, GCP, data, and reporting solutions.
Strong Product Owner experience with Agile delivery and UAT leadership.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Strong domain experience in Healthcare and Finance.
Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to solve enterprise-scale healthcare and finance problems using AI, data, and cloud technologies.
Experience translating complex business problems into scalable technology and AI solutions.
Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture.
Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, conversational AI, or AI-powered analytics.
Strong experience with modern data architecture and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with data modeling, data governance, reporting architecture, and business logic definition.
Experience leading Agile product delivery as a Product Owner or in a comparable product leadership role.
Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans.
Expertise in UAT strategy, planning, coordination, execution, and business validation.
Ability to partner directly with healthcare and FP&A leadership while managing expectations across senior stakeholders.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to define business logic for AI agents and design user-centric reporting formats.
Experience aligning AI solutions with operational healthcare, finance, and FP&A workflows.
