Position Title: Senior Technical SaaS Platform / CLM
Location: Church Street, NY (Complete Onsite)
Position Type: 12+ Months Contract
Position Summary:
Strong emphasis on:
- APIs / integrations
- JSON schema understanding
- SaaS platform architecture
- Enterprise SSO / authentication flows
- Ability to troubleshoot integration failures
- Understanding downstream impact of application changes
This person will act as the technical owner from Healthfirst side:
- Vet vendor solutions technically
- Challenge vendors where needed
- Guide the internal admin team
- Help make the team more self-sufficient
Domain experience in:
- iCertis / CLM
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Contract lifecycle management
They specifically want someone who can:
- Understand business workflows + UI
- Map workflows to APIs/integrations
- Discuss architecture confidently with vendors
- Onsite presence is important because this person will lead and guide multiple teams.
