Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst – CX with strong expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) to lead customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and drive successful delivery of digital commerce and self-service platforms.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation experience
- 3+ years leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce projects
- Strong B2B Sales process knowledge
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications
- Business process analysis and solution design
- System configuration, testing, and UAT coordination
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- SAP data structures and integration knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodology
