Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to ensure best practices and scalable technical solutions in Salesforce.
* Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
* Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
* Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APis, middleware, and other tools.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements ap! translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and release notes.
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools.
* Support and maintain existing Salesforce applications and perform regular system updates as required by Salesforce releases.
* Leverage Al tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce metadata API.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APis.
* Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and best practices.
* Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like
Git and SFDX.
* Experience with Al tools including Github Copilot and Microsoft Copilot
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
* Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies.
* Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks and automation.
* Understanding of governance limits and performance optimization techniques.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or Il certification.
