Role: Lead Architect (Cresta) Duration: 12 Month Location: Remote Note: Preferred Comcast Experience and Onsite Preferred - Westchester PA or Philadelphia PA Looking for an experienced Lead Architect with expertise on Cresta with the below skills - Key skills Assess current architecture and potential blockers to enabling the full Cresta capabilities Understanding of Cresta capabilities required to meet Comcast’s program goals and timelines Understanding of key systems / processes in telecom and chat, data platforms (for real time context and reporting / analytics), AI decisioning, cross platform integrations, etc. Support end to end architecture: strategy, documentation and gap analysis Leverage industry best practices and future state business architecture to facilitate shared end-state technical architecture Document data and system integration plan with blockers and possible solutions Document ”end state” architecture across enterprise AI platforms, agent tools, voice/chat platforms and data platforms enabling the full set of Cresta capabilities Platform business requirements to address identified gaps In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $70– $80/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
