We are seeking a Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with strong experience in building scalable web applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React.js and backend technologies
• Build responsive, high-performance UI components
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / .NET
• Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
