Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack React Developer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with strong experience in building scalable web applications, working across both frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React.js and backend technologies
- Build responsive, high-performance UI components
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / .NET
- Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
