  • Create and maintain SDLC artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, RTM, and user stories using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio.
  • Elicit requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and prototyping; translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments for system integrations (e.g., ERP like SAP/Oracle, CRM systems).
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and deployment validation while mitigating risks in agile/waterfall environments.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging application-specific knowledge and recommending automation opportunities.

  • Application-specific exposure: ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS), CRM (Salesforce), BPM tools (Pega, Appian), and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Tools Proficiency: SQL for querying, BPMN for modeling, MS Office Suite, and collaboration platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Essential Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving under pressure.
  • Collaboration and influence skills for cross-team alignment.
