Role: Payments Business Analyst (JR1035797)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months



Note: Must have experience with Wire/ACH/FX.



Requirements:



Gather and document business requirements for payment products including
ACH, Wire (Domestic & International), SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, Zelle, and
card payments, ensuring alignment with enterprise banking standards.

Analyze end-to-end payment lifecycle processes including initiation,
validation, sanctions screening, settlement, reconciliation, and
exception handling.

Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury
teams to ensure adherence to NACHA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Fed regulations,
AML/KYC, OFAC, and PCI-DSS requirements.

Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows (BPMN), data mapping
documents, and user stories to support system enhancements, core banking
integrations, and payment modernization initiatives.

Support UAT and production validation, including test case creation for
payment scenarios (returns, reversals, rejects, chargebacks), and
coordinate defect resolution across cross-functional teams.
