Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kubernetes Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Kubernetes platforms. This role requires deep hands-on experience with EKS/AKS, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, cluster security, and Kubernetes networking. The engineer will support application teams, enhance multi-tenant infrastructure, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-optimized Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot EKS/AKS clusters at scale.
Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog APM.
Set up centralized logging (EFK stack).
Drive GitOps deployments with ArgoCD and Helm.
Configure Ingress (Nginx), storage (EFS/EBS), and network policies (Cilium).
Strengthen security using OPA Gatekeeper, Sealed Secrets, and cert-manager.
Automate scaling with Karpenter, HPA, VPA, KEDA.
Support onboarding of applications and debug complex network issues.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Kubernetes, DevOps, or SRE roles.
Deep hands-on experience with EKS/AKS, monitoring tools, GitOps, and Kubernetes security.
Strong understanding of networking, storage, and autoscaling in Kubernetes.
Excellent communication skills and documentation capability.
