Basic Knowledge on API
Customer handling – Good Communication skills – Oral & Written
MS Office : MS Excel Power Point
Preferably people with Development background to be able to understand the Incident tickets who can understand the API calls and Kibana logs.
Dealer Support : Live Triaging and resolution at Stores, Identify improvement, coordinate with IM team and get the fixes.
