Role: Data Engineer/Data Developer with IDMC and Data Market Place
experience
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Atlanta, GA - onsite



Job Description:

We are looking for a person who has work experience in the IDMC
marketplace.
Who knows basic architecture of IDMC marketplace.
Know about Data categories within marketplace
Understand how it is integrated with other IDMC tools like CDGC and
CDI.



Strategy & Planning

Define the roadmap for standing up the IDMC Data Marketplace,
including pilot domain selection and MVP scope
Collaborate with domain owners, SMEs, and data consumers to identify
high-value datasets and use cases



Marketplace Configuration & Implementation

Configure the Data Marketplace UI, collections, categories, and
templates aligned with domain requirements
Curate and publish data products with appropriate metadata, access
controls, and business glossaries
Integrate data products with IDMC components like Data Catalog, Data
Quality, and MDM



Governance & Quality

Apply data quality rules and profiling to ensure trust and usability
of published data assets
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, including lineage,
ownership, and lifecycle management



Stakeholder Enablement

Conduct training and onboarding for Data Product Owners and
Consumers
Socialize the marketplace across business units to drive adoption
and feedback



Continuous Improvement

Monitor usage metrics and user feedback to refine marketplace
offerings
Support automation of data sharing workflows and feedback loops for
ongoing enhancement



Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Informatica IDMC, especially Data Marketplace, Data
Catalog, and Data Quality modules.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and
data product lifecycle.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including
architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and integration patterns.
