Role Description: Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy FoxPro applications based on business requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and functionality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize database queries and improve data handling performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
- Provide documentation, user guides, and technical support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft FoxPro (FoxPro 2.6, and good knowledge of Visual Foxpro 7). Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with database optimization and query performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
