Location : Remote

Duration : 12+ months

Job Description:

Here is a job description –

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and challenges.
Design and architect FSL solutions to address customer requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Develop detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and implementation timelines.
Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of FSL.
Customize demos to highlight specific features and benefits that address customer pain points.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including FSL, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Deep knowledge of FSL features, such as work orders, mobile field service, and resource scheduling.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
Presales and proposal building experience
