Here is a job description:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Design and architect FSL solutions to address customer requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Develop detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and implementation timelines.
- Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of FSL.
- Customize demos to highlight specific features and benefits that address customer pain points.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including FSL, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of FSL features, such as work orders, mobile field service, and resource scheduling.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
- Presales and proposal building experience
