Infrastructure Manager
Work location: Fort Mill, SC

Job Description:

• Technical Leadership: Provide advanced support and guidance for
Citrix environments and compute infrastructure, ensuring system
integrity and reliability.

• System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new systems,
upgrades, and modifications to Citrix and compute environments.

• Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex issues to minimize
service interruptions and ensure optimal performance.

• Performance Monitoring: Conduct routine system analysis and
proactive monitoring to maintain high performance and availability.
Analyze problem trends and issues to then propose and drive
improvements

• Client Management: Engage with client stakeholders to discuss
team/technology performance and drive initiatives

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to
ensure seamless operations and integration of new technologies.

• Team Management: Manage a large team located remotely across various
location. Identify training plans and improvement areas

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in Citrix technologies (e.g.,
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud) and
extensive experience in compute infrastructure (e.g., servers,
storage, vmware).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Azure
Cloud Services, VMware, and endpoint management tools.

In depth understand Active directory, DNS and DHCP

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified
Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server and CITRIX
certified professional

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as
part of a team.
