Role Description:-
- 7+ years of Experience in Installation ,configuration and Upgrade of IBM FileNet and Business Automation Workflow(BAW) Software Components
- Extensive knowledge on IBM WebSphere Manage Servers, Clusters ,Environments , Troubleshooting etc.
- Monitor system performance, perform health checkup and ensure high availability.
- Design, implement and manage workflow using IBM BAW
- Apply patches and updates to maintain a ssecure and stable environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, workflow failures and configuration issues.
- Good knowledge on Content Management system.
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet P8 Platform and BAW.
- Experience with REST API’s, Java and Dojo
- Problem solving and root cause analysis for technical issue.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
