Job Description: - 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Lead the functional and technical aspects of project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct business process reviews and workflow analysis to recommend process improvements and optimization.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specifications, configuration notes, and process flows.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Manage integration projects between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Perform data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise on potential impacts and benefits to the business.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
