Remote Job
12+ months contract
Rate- $60 to $62/hr on C2C
Certification is mandatory (ITIL or ITSM)
Note- We had to schedule interview on Monday only
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification: ITIL Expert certification or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required. Additional ITSM certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000) are a plus.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Proven experience in leading ITIL process implementations in a complex environment.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is preferred.
