Location:              Remote

Duration:             Long Term Contract

 

Position Description:

 

Years of exp Required: 10+ Years

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification: ITIL Expert certification or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required. Additional ITSM certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000) are a plus.

 

Experience:

    • 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management.
    • Proven experience in leading ITIL process implementations in a complex environment.

 

Skills:

    • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is preferred
