Senior Genesys Developer
Work location: Charlotte, SC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Positions are expected to work on project and platform
implementations. Provide SDK Build and resolution of issues with plans
related to Contact Center including, support UI Development, Admin
interface dev, Agent controls and call controls SDK buildout,
event-based integrations, microservice build and integration,
socket-based integrations.

Genesys Routing Requirements:
Contact Center Domain Knowledge and experience --5+ year(s) (Must have)
Advanced contact Routing (Network and enterprise contact routing) --
5+ year(s) (Must have)
Genesys Composer Scripting experience -- 3+ year(s) (Must have)
T-Server/SIP Server Integration experience -- 2+ year(s) (Must have)
GAX/GAA Configuration and Setup -- 2+ year(s)?
Nice to have
Multichannel Routing experience -- 1+ year(s) (Nice to have)
Genesys Interaction Workspace Setup -- 1+ year(s) (Nice to have)
