Role: ETL Tester With AWS

Location: Chicago, IL – Day 1 Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

Here is what customer looking on high level - So, add these points in JD/Modify it accordingly.

• Design and develop automation frameworks for ETL testing.

• ETL Testing Experience in AWS Infrastructure and environment.

• Execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes including data extraction, transformation, loading and reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness and data integrity.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python/Java or Similar.

• Proficient in writing SQL Queries.

Customer wants ETL Automation Framework Design/Scripting Experience. Unfortunately, none of the profiles had this experience. Sudharshana and Smita resumes got selected, all other profiles rejected. But even for these two profiles, automation experience is very limited, So even though we push for interview I do not think they will get selected.

ETL Automation experience (with AWS knowledge) is mandatory. Customer also wants below details

• We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer who is self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies.

• The individual will work closely with various stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes.

• The individual should have a strong understanding of agile processes. and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in writing automated scripts using scripting languages like SQL, VB Script, Java NTAC:3NS-20.

• Experience in designing and building automated testing framework using tools like Cucumber, Selenium, UFT.

• Ability to understand and develop customized testing tool capabilities as needed by Application under test.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Domain and at least 5 years of experience in Asset Servicing and 3 years of experience in Custody Accounting and/or BackOffice

• Strong Analytical skills to understand complex business logic and calculations.

• Experienced in designing automated test scripts and validations for ETL/ELT solutions for multiple parallel processing pipelines.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process in distributed environment.

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Good communication skills
