Job Description:

·         Build a new intranet that serves as the central hub for employee communication, productivity, and engagement.           

         Passion for the employee experience.

         3+ years of modern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams experience                        

         1-3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Stream, Forms, and Viva                                    

         1-3 years of experience developing low-code/no-code solutions using the Power Platform

         Build no-code, low-code solutions in SharePoint Online (modern UI), Teams, and Viva to streamline and modernize the employee experience.              

         Passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies / features                                  

         Experience with developing and supporting other employee experience technologies

         Establish a comprehensive content publishing strategy, including site templates, content types and approval workflows      

         Ability to build visually appealing sites and content                      

         Experience with collaboration and communication solutions within a cross-tenant environment

         Design visually appealing and functional sites, pages, and web parts          

·         Experience using SharePoint Look Book templates                       

         Formal search optimization experience

         Manage SharePoint permissions and create lists, document libraries, dashboards, forms, and complex automated tools and workflows                  

         Ability to accurately determine level of effort and deliver initiatives on time                     

         Familiarity and experience with other Viva modules such as Viva Engage, Viva Learning, etc.

         Support migration of valid content from existing to sites to new Intranet           

         Collaborative and proactive work-style                         

         Ability to understand the current/future requirements of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Viva modules by following the Microsoft Roadmap        

         Excellent multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities                          

         Solid organizational and business analysis skills                          

         Excellent attention to detail, while also keeping the big picture in mind                                           

·         Experience implementing Home and Communication sites including news hierarchy                 

·         Experience implementing Viva Connections – Dashboard, Feed and Resources
