ü ITSM Process & Tools (ServiceNow)
ü Extensive experience in driving ITSM initiatives. Metrics configuration, Monitoring & Reporting
ü Executive level ITSM dashboard for reporting metrics (SLAs, MTTR, Backlog, Aging etc.) of production tickets
ü Engaging & collaboration with stakeholders for planning, execution, monitoring & status reviewing
ü Risk identification, assessment, mitigation plan
ü Driving automation initiatives, monitoring & reporting
