SQL Developer/BA
Work location: Hopkinsville, KY
Duration: Long term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SQL developer with at least 5+ yrs of experience who will be responsible for ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
You will also work with other developers optimizing in-application SQL statements as necessary, establishing best practices. You will help solve all database usage issues and come up with ideas and advice that can help avoid such problems in the future
Development of high-quality database solutions
Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
Research required data
Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
Suggest new queries
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
Provide timely scheduled management reporting
Will be travelling between manufacturing facilities to gather requirements and work on production issues.
Excellent communications skills needed , Will be working with customer directly
