Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Job Description:
Client is looking for a Salesforce Platform BA/TA resource with good communication and client management skills. Resource needs to be well versed on the platform (Ideally with Service Cloud Experience) and be able to talk to the capabilities, drive config/custom decisions and work offshore to get work delivered.
This will be for developing custom processes on the Salesforce platform...so think more along the lines of Platform cloud. Having an understanding of the Service cloud will help but not required.
Key is that this is not a developer role. Needs good communication skills, manage client team members, conduct CRP demos, talk to processes, user story grooming and backlog management, work with offshore to make sure the solution is built to stories.
So more of a business analyst or tech analyst role.
