Cloud Architect with Camunda required: Remote

Demonstrated use of Open source and automation via Camunda within solutions required.
Understanding of IT and cloud development practices and previous hands-on coding/software engineering experience using Javascript, NodeJS, GraphQL are required.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the RDx Platform Team, reporting to the lead SW Engineer, you will utilize design thinking/critical thinking skills to understand business context and to define a clear problem statement with JJT and business partner product teams. You will focus on the identification of fit-for-use technologies, with appropriate trade-off analysis, based on functional and non-functional needs aligned to capability-centric reference architectures. Additionally, you will develop Context Diagrams, Data flow diagrams, Systems integrations utilizing and contributing to a “blueprint” library to enable an implementation-ready architecture definition (sizing, security config) for engineering/operations. You will partner closely with Engineering and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment to strategy and guard rails, as well as serve to sense opportunities to experiment in new areas. Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline is required, with a minimum of 10 years of related business experience required.

Experience and Skills:

5 plus years of Solution and/or Enterprise Architecture experience is required.
Data and integration architecture experience is required.
High level Expertise in Data platforms, Integration, API, Identity/Access Management, Cloud/K8s/IaC, Intelligent automation, Event-driven architecture is required.
Cloud and infrastructure architecture experience is required (AWS or Azure Solution Architecture Certificate highly preferred).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tech stack including Jenkins, SonarQube,
Demonstrated use of Open source and automation via Camunda within solutions required.
Familiarity with applications in the R&D area (Innovation, Product Development, Labs, Safety, Clinical, Regulatory) is preferred.
Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and Kanban are Required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be a self-motivated change agent, be opinionated about the tools you use, always seeking to improve the current state, with the ability to develop a vision and execute.
