The entire data is on an excel sheet list which is segregated based on Technologies like Java, Dotnet, Oracle, SAP, etc. Based on your Staffing requirements all you would need is to Key in the required Technologies/Location from the drop down menu under the column that says Technical skill/ Location, select email ids of the consultants in those technologies and send out ONE email with your requirement on BCC to receive Updated resumes from them into your Inbox.
