- Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
- Worked on ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
- Experience in developing complex catalog items
- Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages. Developed and customized Service portal components.
- Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
- Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
- Experience in Language Internationalization and Dynamic Translation.
- Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
- Experience in working with integrations including REST, SOAP, JSON, Scripted REST web service APIs and MID Server Integration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Familiarity with UI Development tools and techniques, SQL, HTML and CSS. Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
