ROLE: Java Tech Lead/Sr. Developer
Location: Buffalo, IL, United States
Note: Banking experience is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Strong working knowledge of
- Java 8 (or above), Spring Framework including Spring Boot and Spring Integration
- API and service based applications using REST and SOAP, micro-services and utilizing JSON for web or mobile applications
- Databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Basic Linux/Unix commands
- UI technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML5 and CSS3
- Java 8 (or above), Spring Framework including Spring Boot and Spring Integration
- Working experience on
� Developer tools such as Rational Application Developer/Eclipse/STS, Visual Studio Code, DB client such as Toad/SQL developer
� CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Splunk
� Project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
� Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban
- Other/General
- Analytical thinking, ability to build working solutions from design and requirements
- Must be ready to code, debug and troubleshoot
- Experience in working with multiple teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and with other teams
- Proactive, flexible and ready to adapt quickly

- Plus points (will be preferred)
- AWS and DevOps experience
- MongoDB experience
- Experience of a BPMN/Workflow engine like Camunda/Activiti/IBM BPM
