Familiarity With: Ericsson OCS (Online Charging System), Billing, SSPP (Subscriber Provisioning and Profile Prov), Data and Subscriber Warehousing,
Standards: eTOM/TAM/SID, IEEE, 3GPP, ITIL Processes
Experience: Business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, FCAPS, Design documentation, UML modelling, , Activation Flows,
Focus - Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management domain with experience in e-commerce / Self Service
Lead Engineer - Core OSS Onsite (Core with OSS)
Responsibility:
. Lead the deployment and integration of the 5G E2E OSS in production. Experience with deployment of OSS and Network and Customer Provisioning, Operations, and Diagnostics systems through the delivery lifecycle from initial design to full operationalization
. An excellent knowledge of operator's fulfilment & assurance processes and link to operator's end-to-end business processes. Solid experience in as-is/to-be architecture planning, solution scoping and design in OSS domain certifications - eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL.
. Experience in leading / being part of complex OSS Transformation/IT Simplification program for CSPs in the capacity of Solution Architect
. Identify required protocols, data formats, data subscriptions models for vendor selection and development of OSS production platform across 5G eMBB, Fixed Wireless and other systems
