Job Description
� 7+ years of System Engineering experience including hands-on operational experience administering enterprise voice and video networks in 24x7 production environments
� Expert knowledge of Cisco VoIP networking hardware and software - Cisco CCNC Collaboration or equivalent
� Strong understanding, hands-on operational experience, design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications
� e.g. Cisco Expressway X12.5 and above, CUCM 12.x and above, gateways
� Strong understanding and hands-on operational experience of conferencing and Cisco collaboration endpoints e.g. Webex app (formerly Webex Teams), Webex Meetings 40.x and above, Cisco Meeting Server 3.0+, IP phones, headsets, video devices .
� Experience with Cisco UCM Cloud, Webex Calling, UCM Calling; Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
� Understanding, hands-on operational experience, design and implementation of: ** Cisco data center compute platforms e.g. UCS blade and rack servers ** Virtualization: VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V ** Microsoft Windows and Linux-based OS ** SNMP-based network monitoring tools.
� Foundational knowledge of Cisco and industry cloud computing e.g. AWS, data center, virtualization, storage and networking solutions is desirable.
� Possess general knowledge of Cisco Collaboration products and understanding of IT functions.
� Comfortable with data, process flows, and systems thinking .
