· Required Onsite Project manager with Cloud skill set
· Service Management Accountable for Delivery of Services as per the defined contract for the multiple projects being managed and adherence of SLAs as per contract
· Accountable for Service performance through definition and management of Metrics and KPIs Work with the Service Transformation Head to establish SMO Service Management Office with appropriate roles skills and relevant processes required for Delivery
· Responsible for integrating SMO Service Management Office roles within service delivery
· Ensure Service Continuity to all services being delivered and keep the BCP plan up to date Service Tracking
· Conduct PMR Project Management Review meetings Ensure incidents and service requests are handled as per targets and timelines in accordance with the SOP communicated by the Supervisor Represent the delivery team to provide updates during Governance meetings like Status Review Monthly performance Business Review meetings
· Ensure adherence to KPIs and other contractual commitments Service Execution
· Establish the Governance framework and conduct Service Performance review meetings and ensure participation from all stakeholders

- Define namespace standard
- Create policy for institutional plan data sharing
- Create policy for B2B data sharing
- Identify Gaps and provide remediation for identified Gaps
- Help finalize domain assessment
- Create/finalize an engagement model for domain stewards going forward
- Create SOP for data governance
Solid background in data governance and data stewardship
Strong understanding of data structures and related analytical skills
Help troubleshoot data integrity gaps and minimize redundancy
Can work independently with strong written/oral communication
Good in stakeholder management.
Self-motivated and needing minimal supervision
Understanding of privacy laws would be nice to have

· Mainframe Technologies: COBOL JCL VSAM ANSI SQL
· Associate should have strong knowledge on Mainframe and have an experience in development or maintenance projects
· Associate is expected to work with client on requirement gathering and high level design and work with offshore team members on the development activities and unit integration testing
· Associate should have knowledge on Insurance should have knowledge on Insurance
· Working experience on COBOL JCL and IMSDBDB2 is essential
· Associate should have an experience in client interaction and customer communications
