Job Description:
This position requires an experienced, technical Business Analyst to support event experience teams and stakeholders. The following skills are required for success this position:
• Ability to research data anomalies, track individual pieces of data and process investigation (once understanding our data structures, databases, etc)
• Ability to understand and document business and technical process flows
• Interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills
• Technical writing skills
• Ability to understand a business problem from a business and technical perspective
• Knowledge retention
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment
• Logical thinker that is able to multitask effectively, assuming ability to prioritize and address the most critical demands first.
