Role:  SAP SOM/CRM
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Duration: Long Term


JD:

8-10 years professional experience in SAP CRM/SOM. Good hands on knowledge in SAP SOM/CRM configurations. Product/pricing set up in SOM. Hands on experience in Master data set ups in BRIM(SOM). Must have knowledge in CRM & BRIM SOM area. Also having end to end knowledge of BRIM functional processes & data flow will be a plus.  At least worked on 1-2 projects in BRIM SOM area. Ability to define customer requirements and perform fit / gap analysis to standard SAP SOM processes within the SAP BRIM solution In depth understanding of quote to cash processes for order management including: master data, solution quotes, orders, contracts and product modeling for SAP SOM within the SAP BRIM solution. Strong experience in subscription order management (SOM) in the areas of provider orders, provider contracts, cross catalog mapping, master agreement, ODI etc. Having knowledge of master data including customer master, subscription products. Good to have if certification in BRIM & CRM. Strong verbal and written communication skills, Good leadership skills. Work with technical team to deliver the solution and reporting project status to management  Work with 3rd party vendor in the execution of content syndication programs Integrated content syndication program planning, execution, and reporting experience

 

Candidates with prior Online Product Development & Management experience and strong functional background would be a plus.

Role:  SAP PP/QM Consultant with EWM
Location: St. Louis, MO
Duration: Long Term

JD:

• 10+ Years of SAP PP/QM Experience with strong focus on SAP EWM (L2/L3 Level Activities)
• EWM knowledge is a must as the client is in progress for a large EWM implementation and hence this knowledge will be an added advantages
• Primary skill of the consultant will be either PP or QM resources with a secondary skill is EWM
• Activities applicable to all Nestle projects
• Support system mapping and configuration
• Assess and document development requests
• Execute test scripts for MIT(Market Integration Test)/MAT(Market Acceptation test)- Regression and Pre-production scenarios testing
• Troubleshoot issues
• Support data/system validation for go-live cutover
• Assist on technical issues during go-live hyper care

Role:  SAP Customer Data Center / Gigya Consultant
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long Term

JD:

1. Responsible for design decisions and architecture, helping with the optimal technical solution leveraging the Gigya platform
2. Capture design decisions and architecture in Functional and Technical Design Documentations
3. Help customer development teams with configurations and use of the Gigya platform during their implementation cycles (waterfall or Agile)
4. Develop and share client-side and server-side code examples, to further enable customer teams on harnessing the power of the Gigya platform
5. Design, code, and test the appropriate level of customizations that are identified, reviewed, and allowed within the project scope and budget
6. Plan and execute strategy for the migration of existing accounts, subscriptions, and user registration records from existing customer systems into the Gigya platform
7. Design and Implement scheduled batch ETL processes to sync data between the Gigya platform and customer s auxiliary systems
8. Support the customer with formal QA and UAT review, as well as pre-launch preparation and planning
9. Assist customer with go-live production launch and appropriate level of hyper care support.

JD:
Ø Play the role of an “application Owner/Lead” supporting the applications responsible end to end.
Ø As a Support owner, be responsible for Incident, Problem, change, knowledge, Event, risk , communication management processes for the application by working with appropriate stakeholders.
Ø Ability to understand and be responsible for the contractual SLAs(Service level agreements ) and KPIs(key potential indicators)

Looking for someone who started as SQL developer>>ETL Developer>>big Data

• The candidate must have Architecture knowledge of Big data & related concepts.
• The candidate must be hands on experienced in Azure Databricks, Pyspark, SparkSQL & Python.
• Candidate must be very strong in SQL & PL/SQL.
• Candidate should have some familiarity on CRM Concepts. Nice to have idea on Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
• Must be familiar with Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure LogicApp, ADLS, Delta lake/tables

Must have strong communication skills.

• Must have good working knowledge of Spark & Hadoop.
