� Ability to troubleshoot tool issues

Tools Admin Responsibilities
. Determine tools structure & configuration to support Operating Model
. Partner with COE to create portfolios
. Add Users to Portfolios
. Create programs
. Create Teams
. Create and Manage PIs
. Create and Manage Sprints
. Manage integration of Align to iTrack in parternship with COE
. Answer complex questions (SME)
Jira iTrack
. Create and maintain projects
. Create and configure boards
. Create and update filters
. Create and maintain portfolio hierarchy functions (PHP Project)
. Review iTrack customization requests impacting Digital
. Manage Release Distribution (DRC Version Sync Project)
. Test/Validate existing automations during environment updates
. Add users to workspaces
. Answer complex questions
. Approve access requests
