Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in BI Development/Data Integration/Data Modeling
  • Experience in design or development of enterprise data solutions, applications, and integrations in Snowflake Warehouse environment
  • Strong experience in writing complex SQL, SPs, doing cohort analysis, comparative analysis, etc.
  • Advanced data visualization skills using any technology
  • Experience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with data
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems and advantages & disadvantages of different types of systems (OLAP, OLTP, etc.).  
  • Must have expertise with business intelligence solutions, such as Qlik Sense, and Tableau, PowerBI experience is nice to have
  • Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Marts, and reporting objects such as facts, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies, and calculations.
  • Ability to lead own projects and work independently once given a direction
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
 
Technical Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end to end scalable analytical solutions with our internal BI tools and Looker.
  • Model product and business data in our data warehouse for the efficient use of both technical and non-technical users
  • Develop complex SQL queries, scripts, user defined functions, views, and triggers for business logic implementation in Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Develop and own ETL Data Pipeline and Data Model solutions for integrating new data sets into the Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Own, monitor, and improve automated solutions to ensure quality and performance SLAs are met
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices when scoping new data sets (Data Mapping, expected follow-up questions w/ business consumers)
  • Perform hands-on design, development, configuration and testing of BI reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense for new and existing business metrics
  • Simplify complex business problems and extract insights from large data sets
  • Analyze the impact of changes on existing metadata, dashboards and reports and ensure the compatibility with goals in all areas
  • Participate in design reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined project goals and requirements
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key partners in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Participate in data strategy and roadmap exercises, business intelligence/data warehouse product selection, design, and implementation
  • Partner with SMEs to analyze data sets and define requirements for delivering new data to business partners
  • Interfaces with analytics development teams to validate test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements of the business group.
  • Develop and update a project plan/task list and keep all parties updated on progress
  • Analyze source system APIs, data schema, and data profiles to define what is possible
  • Define and document solution designs, with feedback from team members and technical architects
  • Have experience with Qlik Sense is a must, Tableau, PowerBI experience is nice to have
  • Have prior experience in Alteryx or Snowflake
  • Have formal experience with any cloud-based warehouse or AWS environments
  • Experience in projects based on Agile Scrum methodologies and is part of one or more mission-based Scrum Teams using tools like Jira, Confluence
  • Proactively identifies recurring issues or “value-add” areas and proposes process, data, and/or systematic solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep experience of networking technologies, such as routing, switching, wireless networking; managing heterogeneous environment & generate metrics related to Network performance, capacity, availability, failure rates, and will also have a strong background in network performance management, service delivery and strategic operations planning with a strong technical orientation & creative in problem solving.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • This is a hands-on technical role:
  • Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support to resolve critical business issues that require deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis
  • Independently own the Network Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate.
    • Ensure SLAs are met - Responsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning for the Network platforms.
