• Provides SERVICE NOW helpdesk coverage for issues pertaining to product maintenance such as:Supplier Performance Group, Point Value Group, House Group Codes, Product Country, State, Region, Type Maintenance, or Product Maintenance –Specifically CORPORATE description and extended description changes, new label/old label, MSTR brand, MSTR Label, class code and size code, UPC, SCC, gallonage and liter corrections.
• Conducts daily review data related discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections as needed in coordination with local markets when necessary.
• Responsible for set up and assignment of corporate chains and mapping of those chains to the corporate file.
• Engages with the Sales Force Automation (SFA) support teams to ensure timely resolution to reporting issues related to the smooth operation of core business intelligence applications and SFA tools. (GreatVines, Seven-fifty, MicroStrategy, etc.)
• Conducts periodic audits of supplier portfolios to ensure accuracy and resolves issues impacting data governance standards in coordination with RNDC Supplier Business Development Team (SBDT) and supplier representatives.

1. Responsible for design decisions and architecture, helping with the optimal technical solution leveraging the Gigya platform
2. Capture design decisions and architecture in Functional and Technical Design Documentations
3. Help customer development teams with configurations and use of the Gigya platform during their implementation cycles (waterfall or Agile)
4. Develop and share client-side and server-side code examples, to further enable customer teams on harnessing the power of the Gigya platform
5. Design, code, and test the appropriate level of customizations that are identified, reviewed, and allowed within the project scope and budget
6. Plan and execute strategy for the migration of existing accounts, subscriptions, and user registration records from existing customer systems into the Gigya platform
7. Design and Implement scheduled batch ETL processes to sync data between the Gigya platform and customer s auxiliary systems

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3+ years plus with technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software
2. Front-end web development experience with HTML, CSS, REST, JavaScript and JS libraries such as jQuery, AngularJS and React
3. Server-side development experience with at least one server platform such as .NET, Java, PHP, and/or node.js
