Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with software engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IVR domain(not mandatory)
- Must have hands on development experience using Java or any object-oriented languages and JavaScript.
- Strong hands on technologies like VXML, UML, State Diagram, JSON, SQL
- Working experience on Tools like Eclipse, Papyrus with Unix/Linux OS
- Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting skill
- Experience in test-driven development
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like perforce, Git
- Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques for speech applications (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum knowledge is must
- Excellent communication, client interaction and stakeholder interaction is must

Title: Technical Writer

Pay Rate : $63/hr on C2C
Responsibilities:
- Write developer guides and conceptual docs for internal and external developers.
- Create/update help centers, playbooks, and guides for various internal cross-functional teams.
- Revise/edit existing documentation to improve them and maintain currency.
- Requirements:
- Experience in documenting large-scale and complex software systems and processes.
- Expert at understanding the needs of a developer audience and creating appropriate content for them.
- Ability to learn new authoring tools.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects.
- Mandatory qualifications:
- 4+ years of technical writing experience focusing on software developer audiences
- Experience with version control software
- Ability to read and understand code in Java
- Ability to use markup/markdown language (like HTML)
