Location: Remote – Anywhere in US

7+ years of experience
REQUIREMENT DETAILS
Maintain Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power point.
Fix Issues in Macros developed by client.
Can write Macros for Word / Excel from scratch.
Co-ordinate with other supporting teams/groups
Maintain Word / Excel Templates developed clients
Solid experience in Visual studio dev environment and Visual Basic coding.
Experience in using Service Now ticketing tool.
Strong understanding on the O365 Suite of applications preferably on MSWord MSEXCEL and PPT customization
Work with IT team and OEM team to coordinate for the release patches and ensure the Macros are working fine
Excellent knowledge on MS office products and features
Help the users on fixing various issues on PPT Word and Excel
Excellent VBVBA trouble shooting knowledge bug fixing and developing new macros and etc
Support office applications and templates
Person should be able to provide architectural kind of support Highly skilled in MS Word PPT formatting
VBVBA scripting to manage templates One note MS Visio
Office development experience to manage macros and customizations testing of GPOs and overall functional testing automated and manual
Support of 280 MS word templates
Some common issues header or footer changes testing of those changes and deployment
Should be able to develop new MS word template right from scratch
Strong experience in managing MS Excel based Macros Work in support and maintenance environment and understands SLA Service Now ticketing tool
