Job Tittle: Java with Dojo Coach

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract with possible extension.

[Leadership, Coaching, DevOps pipeline, Coding (Java, Python, etc)]

Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:

Provides expertise and leadership for teams and product development lifecycles. -Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.

Provides coaching to the team(s), including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.

Collaborating with team to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.

Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.

Identifying learning and development opportunities for team on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining, and delivering training materials as needed.

Well-rounded in coding (Java, Python, etc.)

DevOps pipeline (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible)

Collaboration and communication skills

OK with an Agile Coach Background or a development background looking to move into coaching

Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:

8+ years of experience

Certifications Nice to have (Scrum Master, Certified Kubernetes, AWS)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Helping Dojo teams

Onboarding pipeline

Automation work

Working with MIS teams
