JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects and create high-level design and architecture of the solution.
  • Must have experience on at least one  end to end implementation of Datawarehouse on Amazon cloud and an end to end data warehouse implementations on-premise.
  • Must have expertise in AWS Platform as a Service (PAAS).
  • Hands-on experience on AWS storage services like AmazonS3, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Dynamo DB, Amazon RDS.
  • Hands-on experience on AWS Event/ Data Processing services like AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis.
  • Hands-on experience on AWS Data Analysis services like Amazon Redshift.
  • Certified Amazon AWS data Architect (Desirable).
  • Should be able to troubleshoot problems across infrastructure, platform and application domains.
  • Must have experience of Agile development methodologies
  • Strong written communication skills. Is effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of data integration processes and patterns including messaging, event streams, Kafka(required), Extract/Transform/Load (ETL), and pub/sub.
  • Experience creating and managing data quality monitoring and working with data governance councils and stewards, including creating and tracking KPIs and data dictionaries.
  • Demonstrated ability to track data lineage,  metadata, and master/reference data through an enterprise. Ideally experience working within a federated mastering system with a variety of sources.
