1. Electronics manufacturing engineer who can support product transfer activities and develop manufacturing specification document.
2. Design and develop manufacturing fixtures for Electro-mechanical sub-assembly.
3. Experience in electronics circuit design and analysis.
4. Design and develop fixtures for PCBA and Electro mechanical sub-assembly testing.
5. Coordinate with R&D to review the Printed circuit board design and participate in the design improvement.
6. Design the verification study and write the design verification protocols and report.
7. Experience in BOM cost optimization and Vendor management.
8. Update design files such as schematic, layout and assembly files.
9. Execute the PCBA level and system level verification testing.
10. Coordinate with mechanical and software team to design and develop the test fixture.
11. Handling of Digital Oscilloscope, Signal generator and safety analyzer etc.
12. Knowledge on EMI / EMC mitigation.
13. Knowledge on E CAD tools such as Altium
