Job Description:
· A solid UX design process focused on outcomes.
· Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.
· Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
· Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.
· Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different people.
· Outstanding communication skills with the ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback.
· Comfortable working in a collaborative fashion, on user experience design activities throughout the software development lifecycle of applications, often with numerous initiatives occurring concurrently.
· A constant thirst to learn and grow. Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team and learn from them.
· Awareness of how to make things happen within an organization.
· Proficiency with Sketch and In Vision as well as other design or prototyping tools.
· Knowledge and experience in Information Architecture, User Interface Design and Visual Design along with related best practices.
