Position: Business Analyst
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Job Description:
We are looking for good business analyst with good business communication skills with experience in multiple vendor teams located in multiple GEO locations.
Jira and confluence knowledge is added advantage.
· 6+ years of Business Analyst
· Functional requirements gathering from business stakeholders and subject matter experts and Understanding the needs of these multiple stakeholders.
· Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and data mapping from the Business requirement.
· Identifying the current- and future-state business processes
· Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
· Enforces standards and guidelines for design, development, deployment and testing.
· Facilitating design sessions with the implementation/ Technical team to define the solution.
· Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
· Creating & Documenting test scripts for assigned integrations.
· Validating testing results and facilitating defect resolutions with testing and design teams.
· Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders in order to obtain sign offs.
· Very Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation & adaptive skills.
· Ability to work individually on deliverables, Adhering to client processes, SDLC & compliance standards
· Ability to independently run stakeholder meetings
