Job Description:
Mandatory Skill: MS Dynamics Great Plains
· User and access management activities
· Analyze the tickets escalated by Franchise World Headquarters Tech Support
· Identify the root cause of the issues related to any Configurations and Customizations
· Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM upgrade tasks as needed across in scope environments
· Create deployment packages, build automation, deployment support
· Support the current integrations in place; API, ETL jobs, Production jobs and data extracts.
· The support of newly added integrations (i.e. Adobe Campaigns and GDPR) that are expected as stated in the scope section above."
