Job Title: QA Test Lead

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience establishing and evolving QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, implementing best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
- Coordinate test creation with a cross functional team of business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Selenium or other automation frameworks.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution.
- Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding System & Modules Creating Test plans / Modifying Test Plans.
- Developing Test Data for Functional / boundary cases.
- Test case execution & filing defects.
- Identifying test cases that are automatable (After Automation Framework is ready).
- Test Case Automation using identified framework, tools & technology.
- Developing auto test scripts and push them into regression.
- Analyze Auto test failures and fix the test scripts.
- Define and implement automated QA testing process for Salesforce CRM and Mobile (Hybrid and Native) applications.
- Identifying test cases for Smoke test & Execution.
- Defect Validation/Verification.
- Provide any support needed for production release.
- Tracking Quality Metrics & Reporting's.
