Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Cloud Technologies, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience developing enterprise applications and implementing AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI.
Required Skills
14+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript (ReactJS or similar frameworks).
Strong hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI Agents.
Hands-on experience with AI Builder to develop AI agents for business solutions and SDLC activities.
Experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and data systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with AI Pods and cross-functional development teams.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
Build and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous AI agents.
Integrate AI capabilities with cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with AI Pods to deliver innovative AI-driven business solutions.
Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Healthcare or Financial Services.
Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
Mandatory Requirements
14+ years of relevant IT experience.
GC / USC candidates only.
Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Hartford, CT.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
